When you submit your project details and provide your contact information, the LIHBN will use best efforts to contact you to discuss your project. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your requirements with suitable resources.

The LIHBN does not endorse or recommend the services of any individual contractor. It is your responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence before you enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a contractor. Although we attempt to verify the credentials of our Registered Builders we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job, any expertise or advice given or the outcome or quality of the services performed.

The contractors affiliated with the LIHBN are not employees or agents of the LIHBN, nor is the LIHBN an agent of the contractors. The LIHBN does not perform and is not responsible for any of the services requested by you in your project submission.

When you enter into a contract with any contractor, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor or the contractor’s representatives directly.

BY USING LIHBN SERVICES YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THE LIHBN (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH LIHBN REGISTERED BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS.
